Homemade Baked Applesauce Oatmeal is a simple and healthy breakfast. Loaded with cinnamon and sweet applesauce.
Pre-heat the oven to 350-degrees F. In a large bowl combine the oatmeal, salt, baking powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl blend the eggs, applesauce, vanilla and milk. Then add to the oatmeal mixture and thoroughly stir.
Add the oatmeal mixture to a greased 9 x 13" pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Can be served with whipped cream, in milk or topped with maple syrup and fruit.
