Chocolate Cannoli Dip

Chocolate Cannoli Dip

Lightly sweetened chocolate cream is topped with chocolate curls. Chocolate Cannoli dip is delicious paired with fruit, graham crackers or even cookies.

ingredients

  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

instructions

  1. In an electric mixer combine the ricotta cheese and whipped cream until smooth. Then add in the vanilla, sugar and the cocoa powder, begin whipping slowly until everything is combined. Then increase the speed of the mixer until rounded peaks occur. Transfer and server with fruit, graham crackers or cookies. 

Recipe Notes

Note: Make sure the Ricotta cheese has been drained or the mix will be too soupy. 

To help it firm up a bit, you can place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
