Rice Krispie Treat Monster Blobs

Oozing with spooky charm, these Rice Krispie Treat Monster Blobs are sure to delight everyone this Halloween!

ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • candy eyes, green food coloring and green or blue colored sugar

instructions

  1. Melt the butter and mini marshmallows on low heat using either on a stove top or in a microwave. Stir until well mixed.

  2. Remove from heat and add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until color is evenly dispersed.

  3. Pour in rice krispie cereal and stir until well coated. Then with oil-coated hands, form little monster blobs.

  4. Sprinkle colored sugar and add little candy eyes - the more the creepier! Then let the blobs cool and harden.
